Refund policy
We want you to love every purchase from PK Lavender Farm.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, if applicable
We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned in the same condition they were received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, including:
- Lotions
- Creams
- Body wash
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Facial care products
- Other personal care items
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
