Shipping policy
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Handcrafted Products
Our products are handcrafted in small batches on our family farm in Melba, Idaho. Because of this, occasional processing delays may occur, but we'll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping method.
We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
